​Dr. Noel M. Chamian is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Chamian finished his residency training at the State University of New York in Brooklyn, NY. 

He has vast experience in both out patient and in patient care. He was the director of Utilization Management and ICU at Parkway Regional Hospital, Fulton, KY. He also practiced as a primary doctor in the surrounding area. He then moved to Henderson, Nevada where he practiced as a hospitalist. During that period, he had the opportunity to work with several specialists in the valley to treat complex medical diseases.

Dr. Noel Chamian believes that the practice of medicine should be individualized based on patient's psychological, physical, emotional and social needs. 



Dr. Francesca Chamian completed her Family Medicine residency training at Northshore LIJ - Southside Hospital in New York.

She held a postdoctoral research position at Rockefeller University in New York, New York. She has been an author and co-author of multiple publications.

She is board certified by American Academy of Family physicians (AAFP) and she is also a Fellow of AAFP. A Fellow is a doctor who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues, as well as in their communities, by their service to family medicine, by their advancement of health care to the American people, and by their professional development through medical education and research. Fellows of the AAFP are recognized as champions of family medicine.

Dr. Francesca Chamian has been practicing in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas as a Family Physician for several years.

Jasmina is a board certified Advance Practice Registered Nurse. She graduated Cum Laude when she got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and then she pursued her masters degree in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. 

She previously worked as a Health Risk Assessor, wherein she screened patients and identified disease processes that would impact patient’s outcomes. Prior to that, she worked in the Intensive Care Unit of several hospitals where she was able to handle sophisticated medical problems. Jasmina was also part of the Rapid Response Team. The task of this team was to revive and stabilize very sick hospital patients. In the process, she got acquainted with top notch specialists in the valley.

Jasmina personally believes that in order to treat patients the very best, you have to treat them as though you are treating yourself or your family.

Patricia Camille Luna Macaspac, APRN, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree with Honors from United States University in San Diego, California, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Trinity University of Asia in the Philippines, where she achieved national distinction as a Topnotcher, ranking 6th among more than 42,000 examinees in the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination.

Patricia has held key clinical and leadership roles, including Quality of Care Review Coordinator for Medicare and Registered Nurse Case Manager, where she specialized in patient advocacy and quality improvement. She has previously worked as a Registered Nurse in Las Vegas in medical-surgical and telemetry unit, rehabilitation, and home health. She also worked as a Registered Nurse Case Manager in Canada where was recognized by the International Nurses Association as a Top Nurse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and a Worldwide Leader in Health Care.

With extensive experience managing patients with complex acute and chronic conditions, Patricia is known for her strong clinical judgment, collaborative multidisciplinary approach, and dedication to evidence-based practice. Her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care supports safe care transitions, patient recovery, functional independence, and continuity of care across healthcare settings.
